- 10 dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 150g ham, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🍅 Adequate amount of tomato sauce
- 🧀 Adequate amount of pizza cheese
手順
Dice the ham, onion, and bell peppers (green, red, yellow). Blanch the ham briefly in hot water.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the diced ham, onion, and bell peppers for about 1 minute over medium heat.
Lightly grease a pan with cooking oil and wipe off excess with a paper towel. Place a dumpling wrapper on the pan and cook over low heat until golden brown on one side. Flip and turn off the heat.
Spread tomato sauce on the cooked dumpling wrapper, add the sautéed toppings, and sprinkle pizza cheese on top. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over very low heat until the cheese melts.
