- 1/2 head cabbage
- 10 mini cucumbers
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🍅 20 cherry tomatoes
Herbs
- 50g basil leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 3/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tbsp flower salt
Dressing
- 1 1/2 cups tangerine syrup
- 100ml apple syrup
- 5 tbsp olive oil
手順
Thinly slice the cabbage, rinse under running water, and drain.
Dice the mini cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 20 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.
Slice the bell peppers thinly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the basil leaves, remove excess water, and separate the leaves.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.
Combine the cabbage, cucumbers, and bell peppers in a mixing bowl. Add basil leaves and drizzle the dressing over the mixture.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes and mix lightly before serving.
