Seafood
- 🦐 4-5 cocktail shrimp
- 1/2 squid
Vegetables
- A small amount of celery stalk
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Fruit
- 🍊 1/2 mandarin orange
Dressing
- 2 anchovies
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
手順
Mix anchovies (or fish sauce), olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to prepare the dressing.
Clean and prepare the squid and shrimp.
Boil the squid and shrimp for about 3 minutes.
Rinse the boiled squid and shrimp under cold water and place them in a bowl.
Add thinly sliced onion and celery to the bowl.
Peel the mandarin orange and add it to the bowl.
Pour the dressing over the ingredients and toss gently.
Sprinkle parsley powder on top for garnish.
