- 1.5 pieces mentaiko
- 🥛 5-6 tbsp milk
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 1 serving pasta
- 1 liter water
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
手順
Boil 1 serving of pasta in 1 liter of water with 1 tbsp of salt for about 8 minutes.
Remove the outer skin of the mentaiko and use only the inner roe. Mix 1.5 pieces of mentaiko with 5-6 tbsp of milk.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic.
Add the prepared mentaiko sauce and 1 piece of butter to the pan. Stir until the pasta absorbs the sauce evenly.
