- 🥬 1/3 cup chopped kimchi
- 🍚 2/3 cup cooked rice
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese

Chop 1/3 cup of kimchi into small pieces using scissors and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the chopped kimchi.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle 1 tsp sesame seeds generously and mix again.
Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid and microwave for 90 seconds.
Add 2/3 cup cooked rice to the bowl and mix well with the kimchi mixture.
Add 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese and mix it into the rice.
Flatten the rice mixture gently and sprinkle additional cheese on top as desired.
Microwave for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
