- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
