- 1 packet curry powder
- 🥛 4 cups milk
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 🧅 1 onion, diced
- 🥕 Carrot, as preferred
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🌭 2 whole sausages
手順
Dice the potato, onion, and carrot into small pieces. Optionally, dice pork or leave sausages whole for later grilling.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the onion, carrot, and potato together.
Once the potato and onion turn translucent, add 1 tbsp chili powder and stir-fry together.
Continue sautéing until the vegetables are well-cooked and resemble a stir-fry.
Pour 4 cups of milk into the pan and simmer until the potato is fully cooked.
Once the potato is tender, add 1 packet of curry powder and mix thoroughly.
Simmer the curry until it thickens and reaches your desired consistency.
Grill the sausages, slice them in half, and serve on top of the curry.
