Dry Ingredients
- 400g whole wheat flour
- 4g baking powder
- 2g baking soda
- 7g cinnamon powder
- 🧂 1g salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 180g sugar
- 100g grape seed oil
- 🥛 100g milk
- ☕ 10g coffee powder
手順
Measure all ingredients and prepare them.
Mix 10g coffee powder with 100g milk to create coffee liquid.
In a bowl, combine 100g grape seed oil, 180g sugar, and 4 eggs.
Sift 400g whole wheat flour, 4g baking powder, 2g baking soda, and 7g cinnamon powder into the bowl. Add 1g salt.
Pour the prepared coffee liquid into the bowl.
Mix the batter thoroughly using a folding motion.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
After 10 minutes of baking, take out the pan and make a shallow cut on the top of the cake for a nice split.
Test with a skewer after 40 minutes; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Remove the parchment paper and let the cake cool completely.
Slice and plate the cake. Enjoy the mocha and cinnamon aroma.
