Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g flank steak
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 🧅 75g green onions, cut into 4-5cm pieces
- Adequate amount of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chicken powder
- 1/3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 6 tbsp water
手順
Cut green onions into 4-5cm pieces.
Slice beef into bite-sized pieces. Tenderize thick cuts with the back of a knife.
Coat sliced beef evenly with cornstarch.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Dark soy sauce can be omitted if unavailable.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cornstarch-coated beef until crispy.
In another pan, heat oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and simmer until it thickens.
Add the fried beef to the thickened sauce and coat evenly.
Add green onions and stir-fry briefly.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and serve.
