- 🥩 400g sliced beef for bulgogi
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 🍄 2 handfuls enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.3 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of ground pepper
手順
Slice the beef into appropriate sizes and marinate with brown sugar and plum extract for 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and ground pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Slice king oyster mushrooms, trim enoki mushrooms, and slice onion and green onion.
Cook the marinated beef in a pot over medium-low heat.
Add king oyster mushrooms, green onion, and onion to the pot, mix, and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat.
