材料
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 🧅 1/5 onion
- 1/2 scallion
- 🍄 1 handful oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 green chili
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp MSG
手順
Slice the onion and shiitake mushroom thinly. Prepare oyster mushrooms by tearing larger pieces and leaving smaller ones whole.
Add water to a pot and mix in half a tablespoon of tuna sauce or similar seasoning. Add the prepared vegetables.
Add 1 pack of soft tofu to the pot and break it into chunks using a spoon.
Add chopped scallions and half a tablespoon of minced garlic.
Finish by adding 3 tablespoons of perilla powder. Optionally, add 1/3 green chili for a spicy kick.
