Basic Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🍄 2 handfuls of mushrooms
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/3 onion, chopped
- 1/3 bell pepper, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients

- 3 dashes of ground pepper
手順
Trim the mushroom stems and clean off any dirt. Optionally rinse under running water and pat dry.
In a large bowl, combine rice, chopped mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Using gloves, knead the mixture until well combined.
