材料
Essential Ingredients
- 🥚 300g tofu
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 200g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 50ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
手順
Cut tofu into even pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the seasoned tofu with cornstarch.
Pan-fry the tofu in a preheated pan until golden brown.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, then add enoki and shimeji mushrooms.
Add soy sauce, mirin, syrup, pepper, and cornstarch water mixture to the pan and stir-fry.
Place the stir-fried mushrooms on top of the tofu and garnish with chopped green onion.
