材料
Pork Stir-fry Base
- 600g pork shoulder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 can pear juice
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 onion
- 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds

- Sufficient amount of stir-fried pork
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
- Adequate amount of pollock roe
- Seaweed sheets for kimbap
- Small amount of vegetables
手順
Pat the pork dry with paper towels to remove excess blood and odor.
Mix 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 3 tbsp gochujang to create the base seasoning.
Add 1 can of pear juice to the seasoning mixture.
Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and mix well to complete the marinade.
Massage the pork with the marinade until fully coated.
Add 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp sesame oil to the marinated pork.
Top the pork with sliced onion and green onion, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Preheat a pan and cook the pork without stirring until the bottom turns golden brown.

For kimbap, spread rice on a seaweed sheet, add stir-fried pork, mayonnaise, and pollock roe, then roll tightly.
