Flour
- 170g cake flour
- 100g bread flour
Leavening Agents
- 2g baking soda
- 3g baking powder
Chocolate
- 🍫 200g chocolate chips
手順
Leave butter at room temperature for 30 minutes until softened, then whip it until smooth.
Gradually add sugar in 2–3 portions while whipping.
Add eggs in 2–3 portions while whipping.
Sift cake flour, bread flour, baking powder, and baking soda together, then add to the mixture.
Mix gently using a cutting motion until combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix lightly.
Place the dough in a plastic bag, fold and knead lightly, then chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Measure out 60g portions of dough.
Shape into balls and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 170°C for 20–25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
