- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 60g sugar
- ☕ 1 tsp instant coffee
- 💧 1 tsp water
- 15g vegetable oil
- 100g cake flour
- 🍫 20g cocoa powder
- 1g baking powder
- 🌰 50g whole almonds
- 🍫 50g chocolate chips
手順
Coarsely chop the almonds.
Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water.
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar until pale and frothy.
Add the dissolved coffee and vegetable oil to the egg mixture and mix well.
Sift in the cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped almonds and chocolate chips.
Shape the dough into a rectangular log, about 1.5–2cm thick.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the log for 15–20 minutes.
Let the log cool slightly before slicing.
Slice the log into 1cm thick pieces.
Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake the slices for 12–15 minutes until crisp.
