Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Butter
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
Garlic
- 🧄 10 cloves minced garlic
Sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar or condensed milk
Parsley
- 🌿 1 tsp parsley (optional)
手順
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the bread into desired sizes.
If using whole garlic cloves, blend them finely in a mixer.
Add minced garlic to a dry pan and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Mix sautéed garlic, butter, sugar (or condensed milk), and parsley together.
Spread the garlic cream evenly on the bread slices.
Place the bread slices garlic-side down on a dry pan and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Flip the bread and cook the other side on low heat for 3 minutes.
