Main Ingredients
- 🥔 400g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
手順
Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water to remove starch, then drain and dry.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute to release their aroma.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with oil.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the potatoes on low heat. Stir every 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Once the potatoes are cooked through, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and corn syrup. Stir for 30 seconds to combine.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil, sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and a pinch of black pepper.
Serve the dish warm or pack it as a lunchbox side dish.
