材料
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 400g thinly sliced pork belly
- Mixed greens, amount as desired
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp plum extract
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
手順
Boil 800ml of water and dissolve 1 tbsp soybean paste and 4 tbsp cooking wine to remove pork odor.
Add the pork belly to the boiling water and stir gently.
Once the water boils again, remove the pork belly and rinse it under cold water.
Drain the pork belly and set aside.
Prepare a plate with mixed greens as the base.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, plum extract, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
Combine the pork belly with the dressing and mix well.
Place the dressed pork belly on top of the greens and drizzle remaining dressing.
Mix the salad gently and serve immediately.
