Crunchy Salad
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Tangy Salad
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
手順
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into 2–3mm thick pieces.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt to the cucumber slices and let them sit for 10–15 minutes.
