Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 💧 5 cups of kelp-infused water
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of perilla powder
- 1/2 cup of chopped chives
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of perilla oil
手順
Heat perilla oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion until softened. You can substitute onion with green onion if preferred.
Add zucchini (optional) and continue sautéing. If zucchini is unavailable, skip or use finely chopped potatoes.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and pour kelp-infused water. Bring to a boil.
