- 🦑 1 squid
- 🥓 250g pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🧅 Some green onion
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 Some black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Cut the pork belly and squid into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing sugar, red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, gochujang, plum extract, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry green onion until fragrant.
Add pork belly to the pan and stir-fry until the surface is cooked.
Increase to high heat, add squid and the prepared seasoning sauce, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
Finish with sesame oil and garnish with perilla leaves.
