- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- Adequate amount of katsuobushi

Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 paper cup kombu water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A pinch of pepper
