Vegetables
- 200g chives, cleaned and cut into 4-5cm pieces
- 4-5 perilla leaves, thinly sliced

Dressing
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
