Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Tuna Mixture
- 🐟 75g canned tuna
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
Perilla Leaves
- 9-10 perilla leaves
- 💧 Enough water for blanching
手順
Mix cooked rice with salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Combine canned tuna with sesame oil and gochujang in a separate bowl.
Boil water and blanch perilla leaves briefly on both sides.
Rinse the blanched perilla leaves in cold water and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
Place a small amount of seasoned rice on the back of each perilla leaf, add tuna mixture on top, and wrap tightly.
Serve the perilla leaf rice wraps on a plate and enjoy!
