Main Ingredients
- 🐖 300g pork neck
- 🍘 200g rice cake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
手順
Cut the rice cakes and pork neck into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork neck with salt and pepper.
Brush skewers with cooking oil, then alternately thread pork and rice cake onto the skewers.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and grill the skewers until the pork is about 80% cooked.
Brush the skewers with the prepared sauce and grill again until fully cooked.
