Main Ingredients
- 2 pork cutlets
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 stalk chopped green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2.5 cups water
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fine red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice

Slice the onion and chop the green onion. Soak the sliced onion in water to remove its sharp taste.
Fry the pork cutlets and slice them into pieces.
Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pot and sauté the onion and green onion until fragrant.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pot and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the kimchi juice and water.
Once the mixture starts boiling, add minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper powder.
When the broth reduces slightly, place the sliced pork cutlets on top.
Pour beaten eggs around the edges of the pot and sprinkle the chopped green onion on top.
