材料
Essential Ingredients
- 600g pork ribs
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1 green onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 500ml water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Soak pork ribs in cold water to remove blood.
Cut onion, potato, carrot, green onion, and bell pepper into large chunks.
Boil water in a pot and add pork ribs and cooking wine. Simmer briefly.
Remove ribs and rinse them under cold water.
Place ribs back into the pot and stir-fry with sugar.
Add onion and continue stir-frying until onions turn brown.
Pour 500ml water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add potato, carrot, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
When the liquid reduces by half, add green onion, bell pepper, and sesame oil. Stir well and serve.
