- 🥔 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 green chili peppers
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
Liquid
- 💧 1 cup water

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Place the diced potatoes into a pot.
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, and 2 tbsp sugar to the pot.
Slice 2 green chili peppers and add them to the pot.
Simmer the mixture until the liquid is reduced and the potatoes are tender.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp corn syrup.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds over the dish.
