Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 100g fish cake
- 15cm green onion
- 7 cups anchovy broth
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of chili powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
手順
Simmer 7 cups of water with anchovy broth ingredients over medium-low heat to create the broth.
Slice the potato and onion thinly, and cut the fish cake and green onion diagonally. Optionally, chop half a chili pepper for added spice.
Once the broth starts boiling, add the potato and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce for basic seasoning.
Add the fish cake, onion, and green onion to the pot and continue cooking.
Add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic and a pinch of chili powder for flavor enhancement.
Once all ingredients are cooked and the flavors are well combined, season with salt and pepper to taste.
