- 🥔 500g potatoes, sliced
- 🥦 100g broccoli, chopped
- 🍅 120g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧅 130g onion, sliced
- 🧄 40g garlic, sliced
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 150g mozzarella cheese
Spices & Seasonings
- 4 chili peppers, chopped
- 🧂 1.5 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 10g black olives
手順
Prepare the vegetables: slice potatoes, onions, cherry tomatoes, and garlic. Chop broccoli and blanch it in salted water for 2-3 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a wok and sauté garlic and chili peppers until fragrant.
Add sliced potatoes to the wok and cook on low heat until partially tender.
Add onions, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli to the wok. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until all vegetables are tender.
Transfer the cooked vegetables to a baking dish and top with black olives and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
