Vegetables
- 🥔 1 large potato, diced
- 🥕 1 piece carrot, diced
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, cut into 4cm pieces
Protein
- 200g spam, diced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Dice the potato, carrot, and spam into bite-sized pieces. Cut green onions into 4cm lengths.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, sugar, water, and minced garlic in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
Boil the diced potato and carrot in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
Boil the spam briefly in the same water used for the vegetables, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the potato and carrot until lightly browned.
Add the spam to the pan and stir-fry until golden and crispy.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
Add green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
