材料
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rice cakes
- 1/2 pack ramen noodles
- 2 sheets fish cakes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Prepare all ingredients including rice cakes, ramen noodles, and fish cakes.
Add 3 cups of water to a pan and bring to a boil. Add rice cakes, fish cakes, and ramen noodles.
Add chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup to the boiling water.
Cook until the ramen noodles are fully cooked, reducing the heat if the broth starts to overflow.
Once the noodles are cooked, sprinkle black pepper and optionally add chopped green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Rabokki!
