- 8 heads bok choy
- 10 cm green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
手順
Separate bok choy leaves and wash them thoroughly.
Bring a pot of water to boil with 1 tbsp salt.
Slice the green onion thinly while the water is boiling.
Blanch bok choy in boiling water for about 1 minute.
Immediately transfer blanched bok choy to cold water to stop cooking.
Squeeze excess water from bok choy and set aside.
Mix garlic, ssamjang, perilla oil, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Add bok choy to the seasoning mixture and toss well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top as garnish.
