- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
- A pinch of parsley powder
- 🥚 2 eggs
手順
Prepare the spaghetti sauce, pizza cheese, eggs, and cooked rice.
Mix 3 tbsp of spaghetti sauce into the cooked rice until evenly combined.
Fill a mug with the mixed rice up to 2/3 full. Crack one egg on top and poke the yolk with a fork.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top of the rice and egg mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Once microwaved, garnish with a pinch of parsley powder and serve.
For larger portions, mix the remaining rice with sauce in a bowl, add an egg, microwave for 2 minutes, then top with cheese and parsley. Microwave for another 2 minutes.
