Main Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen dumplings
- 🧀 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 🌮 6 tortillas
手順
Defrost the frozen dumplings using a microwave or leave them out to thaw.
Mash the defrosted dumplings with your hands. If the dumpling skins are too stiff, cut them with scissors.
Prepare mozzarella cheese. Use any type of cheese available at home.
Spread the mashed dumpling filling thinly on half of each tortilla.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of the dumpling filling.
Fold the tortilla in half and press firmly to seal.
Cook the folded tortillas on a dry pan over low heat until both sides are golden and crispy.
Cut the cooked quesadillas into halves and serve immediately.
