- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp syrup or sugar substitute
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
手順
Prepare the pork belly slices by marinating them in mirin for a few minutes to remove odor.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, syrup, oyster sauce, sesame seeds.
