材料
Vegetables
- 🥬 600–700g radish, roughly chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sea salt
Broth
- 💧 1000ml water
- 6 pieces of 5×5cm dried kelp
手順
Wash radish, garlic, green onion, and dried kelp thoroughly.
Cut the radish into large, irregular chunks to maintain texture during cooking.
Place the radish in a pot, add 800ml of water, dried kelp, and half a tablespoon of sea salt. Start boiling.
While boiling, mince garlic and slice green onion for later use.
After 10–15 minutes, when the soup starts boiling, remove the dried kelp after 3 minutes.
Add the remaining 200ml of water, adjust the seasoning with the remaining salt, and add minced garlic, green onion, and chili powder. Boil for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve the soup with tender radish chunks and flavorful broth in a bowl.
