- 🐟 1 pack smoked salmon
- 1/4 paprika
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber or carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 6 chicory leaves
- A small amount of sprouts
- Capers to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp mustard
- 0.5 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🧅 0.5 tbsp minced onion
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- Pepper to taste
