Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🌭 6 sausages
- 🧅 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 small carrot, chopped
- 3 sprigs of chives, chopped
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Adequate amount of canola oil
- 🍅 A small amount of ketchup
手順
Prepare rice, sausages, onion, chives, and carrot in required amounts.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables in the order of carrot, onion, and chives.
Turn off the heat and add the cooked rice to the pan.
Add oyster sauce to the mixture and stir-fry again briefly.
Cut sausages in half and make small cuts on them. Blanch in boiling water, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Shape the fried rice into round balls.
Press the center of each rice ball with your finger to create space for the sausage.
Insert the sausage into the rice ball and press gently to shape it firmly.
Place the sausage rice balls on a plate.
Optionally, drizzle a small amount of ketchup on top for added flavor.
