Bean Sprout Cooking Ingredients
- 220g bean sprouts
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 700ml water
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧅 a small amount of green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Boil water with salt to increase the boiling point and lightly season the bean sprouts.
Add bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 1–2 minutes. Do not rinse with cold water.
Drain the bean sprouts and let the steam dissipate.
