- 150g Korean aster (chwinamul)
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
手順
Trim the tough stems of the Korean aster, leaving only the tender stems and leaves.
Finely chop the green onion.
Blanch the Korean aster in boiling water with salt.
Rinse the blanched Korean aster in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Combine the Korean aster with the seasoning sauce and mix well.
