- 1kg young cabbage, pre-trimmed weight
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1.5 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp fine perilla powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp fine salt, adjust to taste
手順
Prepare 1kg of young cabbage (pre-trimmed weight).
Trim the base of the cabbage and wash thoroughly. Optionally, cut into bite-sized pieces before blanching.
Boil water with 1 tbsp coarse salt. Add the cabbage, stir, and blanch until it boils again. Remove immediately.
Rinse the blanched cabbage in cold water and drain using a colander.
Squeeze excess water from the cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the prepared cabbage with minced garlic, soy sauce, ground sesame seeds, perilla oil, fine perilla powder, and salt. Toss well to combine.
