Vegetables
- 150g seaweed (Hijiki)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 chili pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
Seafood
- 🍤 3 shrimp, boiled
- 3 crab sticks, sliced
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 tbsp whole-grain mustard
Garnish
- 🍋 4 slices of lemon
手順
Wash the seaweed thoroughly and soak it in cold water for 20 minutes. Blanch it briefly in boiling water until it turns green, then rinse in cold water.
Boil the shrimp briefly until cooked.
Peel the cucumber, slice it thinly, and julienne it.
Deseed the chili pepper and slice it thinly. Prepare all ingredients to similar lengths for aesthetic presentation.
Mix minced garlic, chopped green onions, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to prepare the dressing.
Add whole-grain mustard to the dressing and mix well.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle the dressing right before serving.
