- 5g dried seaweed
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 small onion
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Dressing
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- Wasabi to taste
Optional Ingredients
- 🍤 4-5 frozen shrimp
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Seafood mix as needed

Rub cucumber with coarse salt, rinse thoroughly, and thaw frozen shrimp in water. Prepare cut seaweed.
Slice onion thinly and soak in cold water with 2-3 drops of vinegar to remove bitterness. Slice cucumber into half-moon shapes.
Soak dried seaweed in water to rehydrate.
Drizzle thawed shrimp with mirin to remove any fishy smell.
Boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
Blanch rehydrated seaweed for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water.
Mix soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, and wasabi to create the dressing.
