Main Ingredients
- 🌿 36g dried seaweed
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 4 green onions, chopped
- 1600ml anchovy kelp stock
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
手順
Soak dried seaweed in water for 10–20 minutes until softened.
Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onions into 1cm pieces.
Rinse the soaked seaweed 2–3 times and chop it into small pieces.
Combine seaweed, green onions, onion, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Transfer the marinated mixture to a pot and sauté for a few minutes.
Add 200ml of anchovy kelp stock and simmer for 10 minutes until the seaweed softens.
Pour the remaining 1400ml of anchovy kelp stock and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
Add perilla seed powder and simmer for a few more minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt if needed and serve in a bowl.
