- 200g shishito peppers
- 🐟 120g anchovies
Seasonings
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup water
手順
Add anchovies to a pan and stir-fry on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes to remove excess oil.
Wash the shishito peppers thoroughly, remove the stems, and dry them.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and water in a pan and boil over medium heat.
Once the mixture starts to boil, add shishito peppers and anchovies and simmer over low heat.
Finish by adding sesame oil at the end and mix well.
