Main Ingredients
- 🦐 300g shrimp, peeled
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
Seasonings and Oils
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, for garnish
手順
Prepare the shrimp by removing the tails.
Slice the zucchini into thick pieces and chop the green onion.
Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the shrimp.
Add the zucchini to the pan, mix, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Once the zucchini releases moisture, add cooking wine, wasabi, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
