Main Ingredients
- 🍤 20 cocktail shrimp
- 1/5 bunch of chives
- 5 tbsp pancake flour
- 2-3 green chilies
- 💧 1/2 paper cup water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
手順
Prepare all the ingredients.
Slice the chives into small pieces.
Dice the green chilies. Adjust the quantity based on your spice preference.
Chop 10 shrimp finely.
Combine chopped chives, chilies, and shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
Add 5 tbsp pancake flour to the bowl.
Add 1/2 paper cup of water and mix well.
Coat the remaining 10 shrimp on one side with pancake flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Scoop the batter onto the pan, forming round pancakes. Place a shrimp on top with the floured side facing down.
Flip the pancakes once the surface loses moisture. Cook the other side thoroughly.
Serve the shrimp chive pancakes hot.
