材料
Pasta
- 🍝 100g pasta
- 🦐 6 shrimp
Vegetables
- 2 chili peppers
- 🧄 30g garlic
Seasoning
- 🧈 30g butter
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧀 Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp oil
手順
Fill a pot 2/3 full with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook pasta for 8–10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and reserve the pasta water.
Slice garlic and chili peppers thinly.
Prepare shrimp by trimming sharp parts of the head.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chili peppers.
Add shrimp and butter to the pan and cook on low heat.
Add cooked pasta, one ladle of pasta water, and oyster sauce to the pan. Mix well.
Plate the pasta neatly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
